From the moment I have arrived 2 the time I left they treated me like gold. They attended to my needs and were very friendly and professional. The 2 managers..Ronnie and Azaria went outta their way 4 me. I didn't realize that I left anything in my room cause I was so busy I never had time 2 unpack or need what I left behind. You don't get very many honest people. But they restored my faith in some cause I've lost faith in good people left on this earth. Well there is good people. I left $1,800.00 in my room..i didn't even know that I did. They called me. And told me of course they didn't tell me what it was I had 2 tell them. All they said was did u leave something behind that was black? I knew right then and there what it was. Not one person took any money outta my black bag and was gonna mail it to me. Unbelievable !!! What honest people !!! This is just incredibly honest and outstanding !! The front desk employees Morgan and Synthia and there was one more I didn't rember her name.. Treated me like gold. I'm handy caped and I have a service dog and I had no problems of any kind. Morgan even gave me a bottom room since I have chronic knee pain which made my stay sooo much easier !! I want to thank this whole crew and especially the one that cleaned my room to turn it in. You can't find people like this anymore !! I would go outta my way if I ever have to stay in Mobile AL ever again and I would defently stay at this Days Inn Hotel . Huge comfortable bed I slept like a baby.. Air conditioning was excellent 42" screan tv with lots of channels and cable .. a clean refridge and a clean microwave . shower had nice hot water and great pressure. Defently a choice will make again !!! Thank you again to the whole staff !! What an outstanding crew !!

The friendly service and the attention to detail that the hostess showed during check in and check out. All Staff members greeted us with a smile and Good Morning when they passed us in the halls. They actually stopped us once to make sure we had enough towels and hand towels in our room. Will definitely stay again when in Mobile. They have around the clock security for when you go outside to smoke. And he does stop and check if you have a room and are supposed to be in the lot.

The hotel was OK. The beds were very comfortable. The greeting and assistance we got from the staff member, Shea, was outstanding. She knew everything about the property and the surrounding area. Her recommendations were spot on, and her friendly, outgoing personality made the hotel feel just like home. Her presence upgraded the hotel for us.
